Daily count went back to 1

I updated the candy crush soda saga app 3 days ago & lost all my days. It went back to 1. I did not miss any days, so how do I get them back?

Unfortunately the days are not able to be recovered. You will have to start your streak over I’m sorry to tell you.

An update of your device or game app, the time you logged in, and one-time glitches may cause this.
