Rewards for bear crawl

Today I got a new phone and when I reinstalled the candy crush soda saga and I login the rewards I had earned showed that I claimed them and I have not claimed them can I get the rewards back?

Boosters are stored in the device’s memory so unfortunately they are gone.

Perhaps Player Support will grant them to you but I wouldn’t count on it. You could try. You have to contact them directly from your phone.

Open the game / Tap on the blue gear icon / Tap on the “?” / Tap on one of the selections (there really isn’t an issue to select for losing your boosters from reinstalling) / Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap on Contact Us.

Hello @eldutton the rewards stay with the device. Sorry. You only can claim them from the old device.
