I will address each one, because you have different issues here.
*For @Chrysi & @lonli79 *Since you say you can play, but can't collect prizes or buy gold bars. Then you have a *Intermittent Signal problem. Might be on our end, but have you contacted your *ISP to see if there are *Outages in your area? Did you power down your *Gateway / Modem? Always, troubleshoot at your end first, once that is done. Then can contact King Support thru your game.
*For @FreshBoy01 *A Froze Up Game, doesn't necessarily mean a internet connection issue. May have corrupted your game files, or something on your PC, might have froze it. Again, contact your *ISP to see what is going on with them first. Then do your troubleshooting steps. Once you have done that, then again, can contact King Support thru your game.

I've done everyting you all recommended but it's still not getting the internet. I downloaded my Candy Crush Soda Saga from Microsoft store, don't know if that makes any difference?
If I delete the program then reinstal it will I lose everything I've gained? I am getting sooo frustrated with this problem but I don't want to lose what I've won plus what I've bought.
