What do you do if you ask a question and you cannot read it because its in a different language?

I asked a question before and I cannot read the answer because its in a different language. I only speak English, so what am I suppose to do except wait and see if somebody else answers my question. Is there a way I can read (translate) the answer if its like this? Thanks.
