As boosters are items saved directly onto your device's memory, so that you can use them offline, reinstalling the game will unfortunately delete all of these items. Your gold bars should still be in your account.

Sometimes you’re not at the same level again, we recommend to play a level to see if your progress comes back. If not you can contact Player Support.
