Hi @ktbui84 Best thing is to contact Player Support as nix said.
You could try (I know others did that and it helped to receive the rewards) log out your game, clear the cache, restart device and log back in. Don’t forget to check for updates, and make sure you have a stable internet connection and 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.

Good luck with contacting support. I have tried over a dozen times over this same issue and get only their bot replying, I've given up and try to play without boosters. With me it's Windows, I get the rewards on Android.
