Game crashes after having played a level (despite I won level or not)

Since several days the game crashes after I played a level. It makes no difference whether I won the level or not.

The crash happens in the process of checking if I did win prizes in the different contests, behause some of these prizes are present if I start the game again and others are not registered and therefore lost. This is very annoying to have to win more prizes than required to end a contest besäuseln not all prizes are registered.

Also annoying is having to restart the game over and over again after .

Need help.

    Hello @Walzer I am very sorry to hear your game keeps crashing. Please try all the options below to resolve the issue:

    • Force close all apps and restart your device making sure to leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on again.
    • Look for any updates for your device and the game app.
    • Make sure that you have sufficient memory free on your device. We normally recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
    • As a last resort, we can try deleting and reinstalling the game as it usually fixes most issues. Simply make sure that your game is safely backed up to your King or Facebook account before proceeding with this step.*

    *Please also note that any boosters or extra lives stored in the game may also be lost during this process, so it's worth trying to use them up before reinstalling.

    Thank you, Yosca,

    but shutting down all apps , restarting my device and then running Candy „Crash“ Soda without any other app running did show the same result as before.

    Latest updates for device and ios are installed. 31 GB of memory should be sufficient.

    Reinstalling the game (not being sure it will fix the issue) is an option I‘m not considering.

    Last year I had to reinstall the game because of changing to another device. So I used all my boosters up and since then I am struggling with the very shortage of boosters.

    So it seems I have to live with the situation but that might bring me closer to the decision to quit playing the game after more than 6 years.

    @Walzer Since you have iOS, look into backup device option. I backup using iCloud and all my boosters stayed the same. It is very easy to do. go check out support section in apple website
