Cake Bake is not working

I have completed the cake event and it will not give me the prize. It is

saying my internet is not connected. I know it is. I have tried to clear cache and restart my phone but nothing seems to help. I am playing on my Samsung phone. I have attached an image of the message I am getting.

@Cindyk I see that you tried clear cache and stuff. Did you logout too?

Hi @Cindyk since you did the troubleshooting, did you check for any game updates? Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using your cellular data. Hope this helps

I have done all this and my phone is connected to a very stable wifi. Still nothing . Also in the chat area it keeps saying I have baked a piece of cake. There are like 20 of them.

Most of the time I get the message you have … hours to finish baking. But I never see that I can join baking. Thats already for 1/2 month.

If you get this type of message it seems Bake a Cake is available for your team.

• Does it mean it's been 2 months since you stopped seeing the levels of the cake to complete or 2 months since you started receiving these messages but you never saw the cake?
• Are your team mates be able to see and play Bake a Cake levels?
• What platform do you use to play? (app? browser? which browser?) What device do you use?

Please try the standard troubleshooting steps: check for device and game updates - log out from your game account - close game - clear cache - restart device - open game -log in

Hello @admadawin I noticed that too on some complaints here. They see teammates chatting about cake but see no bake a cake feature. Sorry ☹️ there is not much one can do. here is more info on the topic below. but you probably not going to like the reasoning.
