Why won't you let sent me a link that will open so I can change my password!?

I uninstalled the game because of ALL the issues YOU GUYS are having with the chocolate box and connection errors!! When After reinstalling it, I had forgotten my password...sooo..you guys sent me a link to go to in order to reset it... The link WON'T OPEN and because of that I have to start the game on level 1!!! I was well into the thousands on this game! ALL BECAUSE OF YOU GUYS NOT BEING ABLE TO FIGURE ANYTHING OUT!!!
