Game crashes on loading screen
I recently logged out of Candy Crush Soda Saga in an attempt to get my friends list back, after doing so the game will now no longer launch, it just crashes at the loading screen. I have reinstalled the game twice but to no avail. I was playing on a PC with Windows 10 using the app downloaded from the Microsoft store. Help please.

As for now the issue has been reported, we're gathering all the infos from players. Unfortunately we can only wait until Tuesday when community manager is back to office so we can hopefully get infos and solution from the Game Studio on the issue.

If reinstalling didn't help then let's investigate this further. Would you mind providing more info, such as:
- Did you try to clean your temporary files cache with disk cleanup and then restart your device? How to clean your cache in w10 here
- Do you have at least 2 GB of free memory space in your device?
- What is the make and model of your device?
- Is w10 operating system updated? what version is the OS build?
- Do you happen to have another King game w10 app to see if it works or crashes like Soda w10 app?

I have cleared the temporary cache and that has made no difference. I have over 500GB of free space and I am using a Lenovo Ideapad laptop. The OS is updated and the build version is: Windows home 64-bit (10, build version 19043) My other two Candy Crush apps are working fine. This all started the moment I looged out of the Soda Saga app.
