What do you do when repeatedly getting black screen when clicking on extra moves

Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.

Please let us know if this resolves your issue with the black screen

I'm having this same issue, but also when trying to watch an ad before the game. It looks like it's going to load with a little hand in the top left corner and the X in the right corner. It spins for a second and then goes away and I have to reboot the game. I've tried your suggestion of logging out, restarting my device, etc., but that didn't help. Happens mostly on my iPad, not phone. Really frustrating.
