For the last month or so candy crush soda has a problem, when going for the extra moves the adverts go blank and I have to restart my tablet.
I have done all the usual stuff clear cache, and all that but still have the same problem, ONLY WITH YOUR GAME, it is not my tablet.
Please fix this problem or I will be deleting the game!!

This issue has been reported to our Community Manager by another Soda Game Mod so by now the Game Studio is probably aware and working on a fix.
Be sure to keep your game of the latest version by installing all updates as they could contain the fix.
It wouldn’t hurt to try troubleshooting again👇
First save your game progress and then force close the game app along with any other open apps.
Install any updates for both your device and game app. Then clear the cache of your web browser (history & cookies only not data) and do this ⤵️
Open your Soda Game / Select Profile / Select Log Out / Close the app / Reopen the app / Log back in to your profile / Open the game.
