No, I don’t see that. When I open the app, it shows my name and picture, but when I click on settings it asks if I want to log in - not log out.

Well I gave up on all these fixes so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it from the Microsoft store and it was fixed without losing my progress.

I finally gave up too, and deleted it and then downloaded again from the App Store. Logged into my King account and WhaLaa!! Got all my boosters and it retained my progress.

I had tried everything except delete and reinstall, so I will do that now, thanks everyone.

Well, I deleted and installed, it gave me 11 days of play back, but still at the same level, so I will take that...

At that point uninstalling was the only solution as that type of error often signals the app got corrupted. And Player Support wouldn't have been able to look into it since you can't contact them through the app if it's offline.
The downside is losing your boosters unfortunately but you'll be able to retrieve the progress you made before this problem rised and play normally again.
