I was playing the game I just completed the level it went into the next level but it was blank I backed out and came back in it was still blank I took screenshots

So being that this happened I lost the life and my streak can I be reciprocated please thank you in advance Happy New Year

Hello @Bethany_Crosby Do you see your game map again? Are your levels back? I have seen it mentioned before, a pink game map. Please try the troubleshooting:

provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data  that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game.

Unfortunately we can’t restore your streak, sorry.
