did you try troubleshooting? This looks a graphic problem that might solve itself if you use an account to save your progress.
Check for device and Soda app updates
Make sure your device has at least 2 GB of free memory storage
Log out from your King account- close soda app- clear cache - restart device - open app - log in - pass a level to reconnect to the server

I hope you learned your lesson with your duplicate account being banned but somehow by you getting to keep both the unearned points and the badges you used that duplicate account to receive I highly doubt it.

Open your Soda Game / Select Profile / Select Log Out / Close the app / Reopen the app / Log back in to your profile / Open the game.Β
