I keep getting this message "You have experienced an error that we are working hard to fix"

I have internet, i have cleared cache, restated computer several times and still getting this message

    Hello and welcome to the Community @Mandy_Welsh Since you did the troubleshooting and that didn’t help, I need some other information.

    I see you’re playing on PC, do you play on win10?

    Do you play via a king or Facebook account?

    Are you playing on game app or via king.com?

    What version of the game do you have?

    Do you have enough free memory storage? King recommend to have at least 2GB to run the game smoothly.

    Im playing on windows 10, I play via facebook account (which is working fine) playing by game app, and i have more than enough storage, I normally play using chrome browser.

    I have just tested playing using edge browser and game worked fine.

    Any idea what it can be as i dont like using edge

    How strange that you have the connection error with Chrome, since this browser is supported for King games. I can't explain why the game doesn't have issues with Edge and it does with Chrome. Please click 👉 here and check if this may apply to you.
