I know @JCSnoopy and I'm sorry I can't give you better solutions.
And yes, you can retrieve your levels by yourself if you use a King account (email+password) to save your progress.
(If you don't have an account to save your progress then I'd suggest to try to create an account on the old device where you can still see your progress. If your old device and app have internet connection, your progress will be saved on King servers and be accessible from any game app and device afterwards)
Once you're able to install Soda app on your device, hopefully, and use your credentials to log in to your King account, you'll be able to pick up your progress where you left off

but as said, on the off chance you didn't have a King account in your old device, you can create a new King account and contact Player Support so they can manually restore your progress. (click here for more info)

I was finally able to play install and play it, but it brings me to level 1 and no 2530. Can I change that?

It worked!!! I now have it on my laptop and phone at the original level of 2530!!!!!! Thank you so much for your help!!!
