Wow, that doesn't look good @Andres-2 Did you do troubleshooting? Provided you saved your game with a King account, log out of the game, clear cache (not data!), restart your device and log in the game. Also you need 2 GB free storage memory to run the game smoothly.
If that doesn't help; what kind of device are you playing on? I need the version and model number.
