New phone I'm screwed?
I had to upgrade my phone, my old one had been through the ringer. So I buy a new phone, it's shipped to me and I transfer everything over. None of my boosters made it over.I screenshot everything to prove what I had.
The customer service person told me to 'just use the old device' and use the 1800+ boosters I had in each candy category. I was then told king doesn't encourage a player to keep boosters. So, I lose everything ?
I'm so disappointed and extremely upset. I'm in a predicament of having to pay full price for my new phone so I can keep this old phone just to play a game and not lose 1800+ striped candy, lollipop hammers, fish, color bomb, coloring candy and wrapped candy.
What a way to make a loyal and long-term player feel valued. 😕

Yes, you're correct. We're told King doesn't save and sync boosters through King servers due to technical limitations. Also because boosters can be used when the app is offline this way.
Best option is to use up all your boosters in your old device.
I can suggest is this: If you paid for boosters and you couldn't use them, you can try asking Player Support for a refund
Contact Player Support from mobile devices: open soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and golds bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send.
If you don't play on mobile app then contact Support from here and if possible, make sure to also add your game ID so Support can locate your account. Here's how to find your game ID
