Cannot login to my King account on an old windows tablet

I've been trying to login to my King account on an older Windows 10 tablet (32bit)
At first, I didn't think I had a King account, so I opened a browser and logged in here.
When I try to log-in in-game on my tablet, the login is not accepted, and eventually freezes (game still active in background) but I cannot dismiss the frozen login page!
This is frustrating - what gives?

Let's try to find out what's going on
- What is the make and model of your google tablet, exactly?
- Please provide details about the edition, version and build of your operating system (Read here on how to find these infos)
- Does your tablet have at least 2 GB of free storage?
- What is the latest version of Soda app installed in your device?
- Do you see this error message in your game profile settings when you say the login is not accepted?
