Log out your account in your game, and then go to the settings to clear the cache of your phone

To log out and log in, epen soda app and visit your profile settings page.
depending on the type of the device you can clear cookies/cache of your device or cache of Soda app directly (Android). More info here. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters

That's ok, since I didn't know where and how you played I couldn't be more specific. Though, the link I shared above explains how one can clear cache on computer too, if you play on browser and not Soda app. 😃
if you play through Facebook website, then you should clear cache of the browser you use (mozilla, chrome, edge etc) and check if browser is updated. Both actions help a lot. To check if your browser is updated visit this page
