How to sync my king account and my Facebook

I’ve followed all the steps when I click the sync progress button it doesn’t do anything and my accounts don’t sync

I think it’s for the best. I don’t recommend to sync to Facebook. 😊

Did you follow the steps displayed on Soda app (through a mobile device or computer) or www.king.com website through a computer only?

Which devices do you use?

Are you trying to link your FB account to a newly created King account?

I followed the steps it showed me. I’m on an iPad , I’ve been playing linked to Facebook but wanted to sync to a king account. I followed the steps through the soda crush app, it takes me to king.com and I have an account signed in, I’m able to get to the sync page but when I click it nothing happens.

Is there a step I’m missing? When I tried on a computer it said I was missing an app and I couldn’t download it

If you're experiencing this problem, would you please share your game user ID of your original account (where your levels are currently save on)? Community manager would like to investigate this

Hey @SusanBK ,

Thank you for sharing this additional information! You can only sync your accounts once and we can see you already synced them back in 2014 - this is why you cannot sync them again.
