This issue has been reported and a fix has been made. The fix is slowly being rolled out to all players. And in the new game update, the fix is there too. Please have a little patience. Once you have received the new game update, save and close the game, log out, reboot your device and log back into the game.

Have you made sure your game is updated with the latest version? If it is and still not working please send me your playerIDs and I can investigate.
