The studio is investigating the champion streak issue, would you help them?
- what is your game user ID? It helps Support locate your gaming account. Here's how to find your game user ID
- do you save your progress with a King account or Facebook account?
- Do you play Soda on one device only or more devices?
- what device(s) do you use? (make and model)
- what operating system is running in your devices? (Windows 10? Android 11? iOS 15.5?)

I would need your game user ID which is a unique number associated to your account and not your email.
To find your ID: open Soda app, tap on settings cogwheel icon, visit your profile, tap twice on the King logo you see over your profile picture. A number will appear.

to be clear, you play on Soda app downloaded from Microsoft Store, correct?
