Game crashing on LG Stylo 4

Hi,

I've been playing Candy Crush Soda for weeks and simultaneously slow and glitchy. When I play a level, it crashes and loses either life or bottles. I need help and support in making it faster. Can you please do something about it?

Let's try to find out what's going on 🙂

• does your device have at least 2 GB of free local storage?
• which is the latest updated version of Android software installed in your device? for example: Android 11. You should be able to find this info in your device settings in "about phone" section
• which is the latest version of Soda app installed in your device? You should be able to find this info in details section of Candy Crush Soda Saga page in Google play store

To find the app version of Soda app, are you able to search for the game in Play Store and tap on "what's new" to open page of details?

When you scroll down the page, you should find the app version like this:
