I have the same problem as the others. Everything disappeared last night and I only have the base game with no other stuff. I tried logging out and logging back in and even reinstalled it but that didn't fix the problem. I tried forcefully terminating it, clearing the cache, but nothing helped. My ID is: 12376527416
