I realize your IT department has a difficult challenge in keeping a complex game operational. Sometimes things will go wrong (like they are now) and we customers are going to be asked to be patient while things are fixed. It would be a good idea and help us, the players, be more understanding if you could initiate an in-game system of messaging us that there is a. a problem; and b. you are working on it. A lack of communication does not encourage us to spend more money on the game, which should be important to you. You don't operate in a vacuum- there are other online games on which to spend money (Elder Scrolls, anyone?). That said, I do enjoy the game and will continue playing it when the problems are fixed. I do regret that a better effort to keep us informed is not being made.

I'm sorry to hear that, and that's of course not what we want. If you win a booster in the game it should absolutely not disappear. Are you still having this issue? I'm forwarding this information to the studio to look into.

All events, features and season disappeared. It's been two years now that is the 3rd time that I restart the game. It's very frustrating.

Thank you for your feedback, I will forward this to the studio and totally understand that getting a message in game would be a lot more convenient than having to go here to community.
In case you haven't seen this information elsewhere: this issue is now solved. Make sure you update your game to the latest version and then play a level and give the game a little time and the issue should be solved. If it's not please feel free to let me know.
PS. Elder Scrolls are really cool games!

Are you still having this issue? This issue is now solved. All you have to do is
- Update your game to the latest version!
- Play a level or two - and then the game should be solved and all your events and the season should come back.
If it doesn't work let me know!

Do you play on Soda app on your computer or Soda on Facebook page on your computer?
Did this problem start 2 years ago and persist non stop to this day?
did this problem start last week? when was the last time you saw events?
Do you see a connection error message in profile settings in Soda app?

I'm really sorry to hear that! Have you updated the game and tried playing a few levels, alternatively also tried to restart the game a couple of times? I checked with the studio and the issue is confirmed to be solved for all players who are on the latest update - but if it's still not working for you after going through the mentioned steps something might be up...

Would everyone who has the issue with the boosters disappearing after you win them be able to give us some more information on this?
- When does the boosters appear?
- From which event did you win the boosters? (For example Batula, Bake-A-Cake, etc)
- What boosters were lost?

On Windows 10, restarting multiple times, clearing cache, forcing stop, rebooting, etc. has not fixed the problem. Player ID 7576901948.
