Trying to sync my FB account to tablet

I have a tablet which i have been trying to sync with FB tablet is fairly new . i tried with adding crossword and email when i do that it tells me i already have a account under my e-mail so i tried to sync with fb still i am at wits end please help

Did you use the same Facebook profile?

Please check for game and device updates, after installing any updates turn your device off and leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds before restarting it.

If you are still having issues syncing the game to Facebook, go to settings on your personal Facebook account and try removing your game from your applications. Try deleting the Facebook app from your device and re-installing to kick-start the sync process.

If you have ever created a King account it is not possible to create a new one. If you can't remember your login details, you should contact Player Support so they can help you create a new King account.

Open the game app —> tap on the blue gear

- Tap on the ? mark

- Tap on “My game Progress”

-  Tap on “How do I pick up my game progress”

- Scroll down to the bottom and tap  "Contact Us"
