One thing that is a bit of a challenge in Sweden is that in the summer, it also gets crazy bright in the mornings! Look at this for example:
So you really have to close up all windows if you want to have a chance to sleep properly ๐

The sunrise begins at 7:00 am in my mornings, then the sun begins shining out at 8:00 am in my mornings. ๐๐
Our daylight saving time has been no longer in use in my country (Malaysia). So our clocks are still no changed whenever. The previous/last DST change was on January 1, 1936 in my country (It's too many years ago). ๐
We have to close up all of the windows, we have still chance to sleep properly but we have getting so hot and nothing so cool by the cool wind. ๐
