I don't believe it's been discontinued, I think rather the team has been gathering feedback for this feature - hopefully we can see it back sometime in the future (it's also my favourite event in the game)

Welcome the same season, year after year; but I I don't want the same diorama year after year appearing on my mobile, this year has many IDENTICAL diorama 😬

Weekly Missions:
Thursday missions—Bake-a-cake
A cake has 60 slices only, the gold prizes need a baker bake 30 slices for the 10 gold bars, Bake-a-cake is a TEAM EVENT, every baker must at least bake a slice for the cake rewards. If two bakers want to earn the gold prizes, others in the team will get NOTHING.
This mission is detriment to the team spirit 😩
unless a baker knows how to bake a slice 30 times😆🤣, but it is possible 😜

If you get the gold prizes, Auntie, niece, Stephanie, Danish onion may not have sufficient slices for the rewards as well😂🤣🤣🤣

Maybe the Studio think I am lack of gold bars, but honestly I don’t 😁
The Gold Prizes- bake 30 slices, winners get 30 minutes of unlimited lives and 10 gold bars
This gold prizes mission are designed for me and Snow, we can bake over 10,000 slices in 24 hours😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I like using this skill on Bake-a-cake, because I can help other players to earn the rewards either.
If I use this skill on Soda Cup or other on-line tournaments, only myself can earn the winning prize, it’s meaningless 😜
and I can’t create too many candy scores, otherwise other competitors may think I am a cheater😆🤣🤣

Thank you for the heads-up dear @LoFiGummy 🙏🤗 I voted "love everything in the Bee season" although I haven't seen any seasonal diorama for ages and the weekly mission feature never turned up.
But I enjoyed harvesting a Supersonic lollipop in Bear Climb (and I look forward to next week catch 😻) and racing and winning 😁 Turbo Tonic ⤵️
