Please note that timed items only start counting from the moment you open the game, not the moment they are sent to you. So they would only have gone to waste if you'd open the game, acknowledged the pop-up saying you received the compensation from us, and then left the game.
As for the email sent to you, yes it was sent to that one address on your Community profile. However, it could be that for some reason it never arrived, or it was filtered to your spam and junk folders, so I've sent it again.
With that said, please remember that we're here to help and are trying our best, thank you.

I can confirm everything shows as delivered on my side, with the delivery date being 09/11/25, 15:24:50 CET.

@Kevin_ I do not have an email trail from King because they NEVER sent a response to my multiple messages through the game. In the past I would get an automated email response to my questions and then I could provide further info but this did not happen. I have received NO response at all.

I don't see any new post or edited post with new information. On the other hand, yesterday I already mentioned that it was fixed, or at least for me.

Unfortunately, I have had the same issue in the past so I know for a fact that Microsoft will NOT refund the money. I had to work though KING. Now that there is no longer a support team, who will help get my money back?

I purchased the milestone bundle $14.99 + tax it said store was unvailable so I tried again, same thing but $16.38 was taken out of my account 2 times. How do I get refunded????
I tried twice to buy gold, and both times I received a message saying the transaction didn’t go through. However, my credit card was charged twice for $148.31 CAD. So 148$ X 2 = 296$. I want to receive the gold I purchased or get my money refunded.

I am writing on behalf of my husband who did not receive the gold he bought this afternoon but hasn't received it even though he tried 3 times to buy. The purchases totalled $44.85, two at $19.45 plus one @ $5.95. The Shop said that it was not available at the time and to try again later which he did another two times but still no gold !! BUT the money was taken out of our bank account. Being old age pensioners, we certainly cannot afford to simply throw away that amount of money.
We tried and tried to log into King Community on his computer but to no avail. His email address is nevsquire@gmail.com. Being 87 years old, he has been playing Soda Saga for something like 15 or 20 years and is most upset this has happened. Can you please fix this problem for him at your earliest and reimburse him with the gold he purchased … he anxious to get back to his game again.

Having worked for my 8 gold tokens, I tried to buy the bundle. Then said store unavailable try later. So I did several times assuming no transaction had gone through - 7 times @ £4.19 each time. Please arrange an immediate refund.

What's weird is that after so many different players reporting the same problem, they still havent mentioned that there is a common issue with payments and we're working on it, either in replies or as a new topic.
That's what usually happens when there's an issue in the game, but in this case it's surprisingly silent.

To receive a refund related to your missing purchases, you will need to reach out to Microsoft Store Support and request a refund with them. Purchases made via Microsoft Store are exclusively handled by their marketplace and they're able to provide you with a refund.

Microsoft will NOT refund King purchases. I have been through this (unfortunately) in the past and have had to work though mods and King support.
Since King has now removed the support team there is no one to help!!

In regards to the refunds and also to address the above comment under Pretty Bubbles. I want to assure you we are not bots, AI or anything similar and that as my colleague Colorbomb_Collector mentioned unfortunately when it comes to Microsoft/Windows purchases we are unable to refund these.
I understand how it looks, seeing that the purchases are made for King games, however your payment information and charges are managed directly under Microsoft system which we unfortunately do not have access to in order to refund and hence why their support is the only able to help.
They may refer you to us, as we can usually compensate missing items for purchases or similar but when it comes to refunds we are absolutely limited.

Now that I have found this, I will say AGAIN, I have been through this before with King. You point to Microsft and they point back to King and the players lose.
I have screen shots that show the double charge and even my CC company sent an email that I was mistakenly charged twice! Why doesn't King deliver the bundles that were paid for?
How do you actually get in touch with them? I can't seem to find any links at all!
Can't get refund through microsoft because they don't give refunds for digital purchases., and that is how they get over!!!!
Hi Tracie, it is possible to obtain a refund from Microsoft, however of course they must have their policies etc.. and perhaps not all are available to be refunded for certain reason.
