Why does the game only give me one life when 5 of my friends gave my lives

On my device, it is in the upper left corner. To see the lives, your lives have to be less than 5.

Hi guys,
I'm having trouble receiving the lives my teammates give me. When I click on Accept it shows loading and then the life isn't added to my current lives and it disappears from the list. It's happened a few times now. Can you please help.

Hi and welcome to the community.
I think this problem occured a few days ago but it is fixed now. So please simply just do the standard troubleshooting procedure by, Log out, update your game application, Restart your device and log back in to see if it fixes. And if you are playing through web browser please clear cache/ history.

I have not been able to give or receive lives from friends for months. Contacted King but no help! Can anyone tell me what to do get get my friend list back?
