New phone and all items gone!

I had a ton of items that I purchased or earned and I have gotten a new phone and they are all gone. I logged in with Facebook and my progress in the game is saved, but my progress on the daily reward that I get and every single item is gone! How do I go about restoring these? I had 10 to 20 of all kinds of items.

Everything is there in the help center! You cannot transfer booster and life to another device. They stay where you got them. They were saved there. Only gold bars are saved in the game and they stay that way. Hope that answers your question !!!

The boosters are stored in the device, not with Facebook. Sorry. I really don't know why the studio did it that way. It's very disappointing. So use them all up on your old device. Have fun crushing!

I feel your pain! I had about 200 lollipops. But I had to re-install my game, cause it wasn't working anymore.
Just like that all items gone. Only my progress is saved :(

Same thing happened to me with another game too. I just decided to download other games instead & quit playing. When I make a purchase and am told by a game to login so I can save progress, my rightful assumption is that everything is saved. It doesn't make sense that items purchased or won in a game are put/stores on a phone. You can transfer everything on a phone. Glad I found out now so I don't get ripped off anymore. Goodbye, Candy Crush.

Yeah, the community may be great but a game that doesn't allow you to carry over purchases isn't great.

I had a similar problem too, I had a new iPad, all my boosters were gone, believe me, I had over 200 of each booster. All gone!And I never get my daily reward either, not anymore.

When you switch out new or change your device on this game, unfortunately your events are gone or reset on this game. 😔
⚠️ Also please attention when you have trouble to lose all of your boosters! ⚠️
1. The boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device or reinstall any King's Game!
2. The boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play.
We do not replace items and help you to return your boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to our Player Support team here, so they can help. 😊
