Thank you but it is far from resolved - I have proved to them that I havenβt received anything and Support think it is acceptable to ignore and ghost players, and this is totally unacceptable

I have to say when I have issues with other games by other developers they fall over themselves to provide amazing customer service to their players.
i am so loyal and I have spent a fortune with King which is why this is even more upsetting x
