Why does nobody want to help?
I raised a ticket with Support via the game, they initially replied and I responded proving I had not received my prize from taking the throne in Bubble Gum Hill
A CM kindly reached out and offered to help and Support replied, and responded once again showing I had not received my prize and again I have heard nothing since - I contacted the CM twice about this but I have now heard nothing from them.
As I am sure anybody would feel as I do - which is ignored and nobody wants to help.

Very sorry that you feel that way. Actually everyone in this community is very helpful. But as your case have been reached to CM and player support so we cant help you more than that. Please send a PM to relative CM and provide them your ticket number. All CMs are very cooperative. They will take surely an action on it.
Last week it was a little long weekend. Please do it now as i told you. And i am sure your matter will be solved.

I would suggest the next time you get rewards, take a picture of them !! You will then go to support. I'm sorry for you. I know it well. If it's free rewards, don't hurt so much and ignore it. Only when buying, could I help you!
