    @Spinnifix I had the same issue like @suzekit had. Didn’t receive hammers and lives, I also sent screenshots, but according to player support and studio (told by player support) I had received them. I was upset because I knew for sure I did not receive them, because I am a perfectionist. It was just me against them so I gave up. Didn’t receive many times the rewards, but I am not complaining anymore because it won’t solve. And now I don’t have BGH for months anymore... So I can understand how you feel @suzekit. Maybe you must ignore it. Sorry 😔

    I know it myself from Candy Crush. I read it from the players a lot. I don't think it's okay. If you offer it you should get it all. That makes no sense. I am also a perfectionist and am already practicing restraint. Still, it's not okay. Something needs to be improved here. Or not offer !!

    I am very for fairness !!


    I always feel sorry for the players !!

    Amen to that! I have spent a lot of money with King - that aside I wouldn’t try and claim rewards if I hadn’t earned them.

    What do you think of it: if you keep trying and pushing. Then maybe they soften up and you get it !! Just a suggestion.
