The King took my lives? or was it the Bubblegum Troll?

I logged in on King.com , played a level and won, and a pop up for somebody needing a life..... I open the pop-up, then had to "reload", and when I came back to the game, I had no lives ??? Who done it??? Give me back my 4 lives, please? playing computer only.

Hi @Adav,

Since the CM's are off on the weekends, I suggest you contact "Support" first. See if they can help you. On Mon. contact the CM's if "Support" didn't help. Not sure how many "Staff" are available on the weekends there.

Sorry, on purchases or losses you need to contact "Support". We don't do reimbursements here at The King Community.

Hi @ipete , I don't think I have more than others, I just keep talking about it...... probably in the hope that others with the same issues will say something? Maybe if more with the same issues say something, it will be resolved.... well, that's the hope anyway.

Of course I'm here.... I have 50 levels to finish, and only have 6 to go! hahah (addict much?)

@Origins7_Dale , I did not buy the lives.... it was an accumulation of around 5 hour being inactive on the game.

Contacting Support is just stupid, since they will probably just send me an automated pre-scripted message which I now know off by heart.... hah hahaha

back to the "issue"

I just had another request for lives....... so reloaded, and sent the lives..... and guess what? the two lives I had disappeared..... It looks like King takes my lives to give to others??????

They obviously don't want me to win anything in the challenges :(

Hi @Adav,

Keep in mind, you might have a glitch. Along with, since you "Updated" to Build 2004 on Win 10, King may not have worked out the "Compatibility" issues yet with that build. So you may have even more issues coming to you.

Contact "Support" with details, then the CM's on Mon., best advice I can give now. Or do a "Clean Install" back to your previous build on Win 10.

Remember to "Uncheck" auto updates on Win 10, or it will update you again.

One thing the techs are saying, there are a bunch of driver issues on these builds. So be careful. Without good drivers, expect more problems.

@teresawallace44 , I have once and got ignored and replying on their "how did we do", also replied on that, with no feedback afterward.... I give up with "Support"

I am at the point where I don't even expect a solution, rather than someone looking at the issues and maybe look at it in the future when they do stuff, to check for errors in their testing....

@Diamond Lim , the "challenges" appear by magic after I played 1 game and go back to the main screen. As long as you don't log out or "refresh" as suggested to receive / send lives, all works fine.

On the "lives" thing..... I only receive requests from "friends" now (on king.com, Computer), but none from the team

Hi @Adav I like Teresa have had positive responses from Support. I’m sorry you haven’t.

Are you able to not send the lives? So that you quit losing yours in the process?

Otherwise the best advice is like Dale explained above.
