@JanHughes Hi and welcome, As explained by @yosca there are a few issues with the feature that are known and hopefully will be resolved soon. As explained above if you have any missing rewards you can contact customer support and they may help you with this., but if if this is just as certain tasks have been not recognized there is not much that can be done until a fix is implemented.
You can only do the standard trouble shooting tips
Check your device and game are up to date , log out and restart your device then log back in, also if you play via an interent browser clear the cache

I to have had an issue with CC Soda MRT, my current objective is "Make a coloring candy". 9 times in three days i have deliberately made a coloring candy, but the objective would not check off. This would be the 4th in a row to claim the prize, but will not complete. I have posted this thread about my issue and followed the advice given (back up a few levels and try again), but nothing has worked. funnily enough, since posting the thread i can't get the candies to line up for a coloring candy.

I do not get a message to claim the prize, when i go to the map screen it does not open the MRT, i have to open it myself. It does not acknowledge my completing the task at all.
I just Got a coloring candy and it did it again, Ignoring it like it has the last few days,. Another player working a different line (Finally) so attempting to match stripped and wrapped candy. life is too short to deal with bad coding, good Luck to all. I hope my luck changes with this change
