Welcome to the Soda Community! As you can read on page 1, Facebook has recently made a change to its platform which could be affecting the way your avatar and your name are shown in the game.
Worry not! We’re working on it and I'm sure your game will be back to normal very soon! 😄

Hi Lola_Pop, I am not playing via facebook app. Playing on my pc, by signing into my King account.

You can try the standard troubleshooting method. Log out of the game, clear cache, restart device and login again to see if u can see your name in the game. If that doesn't work; you may just have to wait for the next update for it to fix by itself 😁
