At the end of the game, sometimes it would give you free moves up to 15 moves. Why is mine stuck ?

2. Ok now i know you're talking about "Mr Toffee's fair" in the game. So u complete 4 tiles in a row but u aren't able to claim the reward??

1. The studio keeps making changes, right now even i got an option for only 5 extra moves with the ad feature.
2. Which cross puzzle are you talking about?? In the community u took part in any contest?? Or is it something in the game??
3. What badges are you looking for??
4. Are you talking about the soda squad? Do u have that feature but can't join??

It is frozen on five moves. It's not really a crossword, I just didn't know how else to explain it. It's where there is sixteen tiles, and you complete to make line four in a row should give a prize. Most of the time it doesn't give me the prize. The badge I am looking for is the one for helping the flooded town.

1. If u can get the 5 extra moves after watching the ad that's great. As i said the studio keeps making changes and this must be one of them; where they are not offering us more than 5 extra moves towards the end.
2. There shouldn't be a problem to claim the reward if u have completed the 4 tiles in a row with or without your teammates. U can log out, clear game cache ( not game data please), restart device and login again. Check if your game is updated.Then see if u get the pending reward. Sometimes there are connection issues as well. U may get it in sometime.
3. U may have to scroll right down to see the comment box; then post your screenshot of the map.
