No credit for in Mr. Toffee's Fair

Why doesn't it give me credit for making a coloring candy while playing Mr. Toffee's fair. It is the only square needed to get a reward. I have made at least 5 of them but it never gives me credit. I made them, they were not created when the board was changing.

Our player board has a tic tac toe for over an hour and I have reloaded the page and still don't get it. Why???

Hello @Barry_Williams in toffee fair there is a task of either joining the colouring candy with colour bomb or joining 2 colouring candies together. Can you re check if u have to make only colouring candy?? Maybe your doing it wrong so it didn't get recorded.

@Marriam1 i don’t have either. I just have what Berry has...making one color bomb. I think the problem is network...like slow internet somewhere. Berry, you might want to log out and retry.
I meant to say coloring bomb. Not the regular (black) ones.

Wow just making 1 colour bomb @ipete. I get with 5 bombs for 1 tile. Now u do know mr toffee is moody and doesn't always record completed tasks 😆😆

This all started after I had won the rest of my tiles. It started telling me I had no connection at all. Then tried logging back in then it took me to someone else name & photo. I finally got it back but now I lost all my bonuses & prizes because I had level 1 complete on ladder win plus I had 6 other but I was saving them to use later. I was also up to level 42 on daily log ins. When I got back into the right one it started me on level 1.

Very sorry about this. Please do the standard troubleshooting by Log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again and i hope your game will perform better now.

Make sure your game is updated and play a level. It should sync then. (Hopefully)
