Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in. Please clear the cache. That's important and start over.
Please play a level and everything could be there again. There is a time lag and the game is updating.

Please try the standard trouble shooting tips supplied above and if this does not work
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this
