    Please Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

    In addition also check if u have enough storage memory in your device. This game requires around 2gb of memory to work smoothly.

    Did all of the above , i uninstalled ,installed the game and nog i played one live and 😱 it was gone!

    If you've uninstalled and installed the game, done the standard trobleshooting already and you keep getting problems, then there's probably a device error (check the storage od the device or other app requirements).
