Glitch on Level 3709

Hi

As you can see, there is a glitch on this level and I have had to use my lollipops to carry on my games.

    Hi @Teen1wolf and welcome :)

    Thank your for your report, I see the game wants you to use a coloring candy but it's trapped by licorice and it doesn't allow the board to be shuffled.

    I'll pass this on, in the meantime could you check if your game is updated to the latest version anyway, please? What device do you play on?

    You have to unlock it. Have you ever watched a video on Youtube? Please enter your game and level on the internet. You get a lot of videos and tips. Good luck

    Thanks a lot for reporting this to us. I just passed it to the Studio and it certainly's a glitch that actually is messing with some other levels like 2490. The Studio has already fixed it but until the new update ( next Tuesday/Wednesday) you won't be able to see it. I know this might not ideal for you, so I want to send you some sweets for your game. Could you please let me know your Game ID? If you don't know your Game Id, please check Here this thread on how to find it

    Hi @Teen1wolf , you should sign in to your account first otherwise your user ID can't be shown.🙂

    If you don't have a fb/email account in your game then please create one. an account is important because you have an ID and also your latest progress and gold bars are saved in King server.

    When you log in and follow the instructions in the link above you should see this:
