Hi! Very recently I ordered the $9.99 bonus package TWO TIMES but never received the gold bars from them. That’s 100 bars lost!! That’s a lot!!! Please advise what to do. Thank you so much!
first try to reload/restart the game. If you still don’t see the purchase items, then you need to contact player support from your game app. There should be a link.

Since the end of December, I have had trouble with purchases. At first it didn't give me anything and it acted like it didn't complete purchase. I then tried several times and realized it had taken out money. Fb gave some back. Last week gave me everything but gold bars, unless I made just gold bar purchase. Any bundle no gold bars.
