All the events disappeared at the same time. What can I do ?
Hello everyone.
Overnight, ALL the events disappeared: bubble hill, Mr Toffee fair, weekly race, episode race, my soda squad, and so on.
My boosters and gold bars are still there.
I have disconnected and reconnected but it doesn't change anything.
I know that if I uninstall and reinstall the game I will lose all my boosters.
How is this possible and what should I do to recover all the events?

I have some news. the device is not the newest but it's not bad either. the Studio said they can see some events active in your game. So this what they suggested you should do:
- Play levels. That didn't work? Then ๐
- Clear cache. (In Android click: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda app > Storage > Clear Cache) . That didn't work? Then ๐
- Close the game app and Network restoration ( that means, sign out from the wifi or signal, wait 10 secs and sign again then open the Game App). Then That didn't work? Then ๐
- I would suggest doing all of that together. So close the game app and clear cache, network restoration and open the game again. If that doesn't work either then ๐
- Back up the game, uninstall, and reinstall. (Boosters will be lost, as said before)
I can't guarantee that reinstalling the game is going to fix the problem. But without all those steps checked first and proven that they didn't work we can't move further.

At the weekend there are often malfunctions on the King Server or on the Internet. It could be different tomorrow. Keep playing and checking for updates.

Thank you @Freddy_Falkner and @Werner_Cichy for your answers. My device and game are up to date. I did what @Freddy_Falkner advised me to do (log out, restart my device and log back in). I have completed about ten levels but nothing has changed. I specify that all the events have disappeared since yesterday. So I'm going to wait and try again tomorrow, without any real hope.

It's frustrating, I even get "your teammate checked a box on the map" notifications... (I don't know if these are the correct terms because my notifications are in French). And I can't see any map... .

Yes, that's frustrating, they are pop ups. But that's a sign that your team and your events are there, but not displayed. Have patience

don't give up, when everything disappears, it may take an awfully long time to reload the features . Once it happened to me and I also tried the tips suggested above but they didn't work immediately. Usually passing levels helps but not that time. So I restarted my device and launched the game 5 times, seeing each time something came back like the current navigation map design, then Mr toffee, then Teams and the noble/royal path event.

I am having the same problem, but only on my tablet, my phone is fine. My tablet is communicating power-ups and lives with what my phone has, so connectivity isn't the issue. Frustrated because I don't like playing on my tiny phone screen, but that's the only access to the full game I have. I have updated, rebooted, checked all else I can think of & I just can't get the full game features on my tablet.

@Chbass and @tonyslittlewifey one more thing you might want to check is your device memory. This game is recommended min of 2GB of free memory to function normally. Good Luck fellow soda crushers! ๐

Thanks, I don't think that's my issue, either, but I definitely gave it a look. Probably did my tablet a favor by cleaning some stuff up, too. ๐
