apparently you gained please tell me that I have no internet access but quite frankly on my end it's telling me I have all the bars can you please fix the problem and fix the issue because I'm not able to retrieve any of my prizes

Where do you see this problem inside the game? What prizes are you trying to claim?-
What device and platform do you play on?

You may try these troubleshooting steps : check for updates in your game and device - try disconnecting and reconnecting your internet connection and switch to another internet connection if possible, for example from Wifi to mobile data.

Log out from your game account, restart device, log in and pass a level. See if this solve this issue.
