You should be getting a piece every couplie levels but that's not tried and true. I got a hint from someone else that said to go back and replay levels 4-17 and you should get one. If you don't go back and play those levels again. I get them pretty fast that way.

I have used this many times before and noticed that the pieces keep disappearing. I received one this morning and now its gone. I have received at least a dozen pieces that have gone before I have been able to collect the three pieces. This is useless as they only appear rarely and randomly . Please explain or fix the issue.

Make sure Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
- Every time you win a level, you get more of the "yellow bar" and increase your options to get another piece.
- Every time you loose a level, you will see the bar decreasing until you will loose a part of the Supersonic Lolly.

Well thats a really stupid change, cant believe that is the how it now works, is useless as I received and used many times and it was exciting and really really helpful. Well thats now ruined as some harder levels take many attempts and when the sonic blaster pieces were stable ie not being lost they were the most handy help of of. Not now though they are useless and not at all exciting. Would be different if you could get more than one piece per month so my input is they are a total waste of time and I wont be trying to get and wont be looking forward to ever using one ever again :( USELESS

Hello @lindyloola you can always retain the lolly piece u received by going back to an easier level. That is how the bar is filled again. Anyways the studio is going to take off the supersonic lolly from 15th feb and you may see an improved version of it soon.

Well here is more bad news. The *Supersonic Lolly is being removed from the game. It will return improved, but is unknown how long it will take. Or CM said, could be months.
I myself lost it:
- *Lost my complete *Supersonic Lolly, no announcement given! No *Tray either, took it all, on 2/16/2021!
