Hello everyone, I'm hoping one of you cleaver people might be able to help : )
I'm on level 3402 of CCSS and it has started to become slow and un-responsive, freezing, trying to catch up! I'm playing on a PC using a pre-installed app on the PC. I want to clear the cache and can't seem to find how to do that, it may help to speed things up. I'm connected to the internet and playing on Windows 10.
If I go to the Microsoft store and find CCSS it doesn't say "clear cache" anywhere. I do not want to push the reset button!
Any ideas much welcome : )

Are you having problems with the games in Windows 10?
Does the app suddenly crash, freeze, don’t want to connect to Facebook or just don’t load? Don’t worry, resetting the app usually fixes most issues.
Still not working? Then a complete reinstall of the app is probably needed.
Please be aware that when you reset or reinstall the game all in-game items like boosters and lives will be lost. Your progress and gold bars can always be restored by reconnecting the game to your Facebook or King account.

@Caryn29 Hi and welcome , please check you device and game are up to dat e and clear your browser cache. log out and restart your device and then log back in. see if this resolves your issue
Note if you are getting the background of the app , this is currently being investigated, but we have no time frame on a fix

hi , I,m back again , my euphoria was short lived, after I followed instructions and reset/uninstalled ''Soda '' the game loaded without problem and I continued to play without incident , ... until today .!! When I started to play today the animations were continually pausing and then ' stuttering ' to complete the moves, so , I uninstalled, reset , restarted computer and now back to square one in that the screen freezes , sometimes just as it finishes loading , or on one instance when it allowed me to start game one, another instance after I began signing in to my account .
I am a newbie to the community, not sure if this is a post to the community or to a specific person, unable to figure this out yet, however if anyone can offer further advice it would be most appreciated
@Cheryl_Elliott Hi and welcome, Please check your device and game are up to date and clear the cache from your browser entirely. log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue
If you game is loading just a background then this is being investigated at present but we have no time frame on a fix for this at present
