Today is day 3 that I can't play because it's not loading. I see that you're working on it, I hope it's fixed soon.

Hello, you're right the studio is still investigating this and will hopefully fix it soon by the next game update.
I have the game not loading as well when i open it. But i close it 3 to 4 times and open so the levels do load then. Have you tried closing the game and opening again to see if you get the levels too??

I have an update on this: The issue has been located and it should be fixed by now.
Could you all do this troubleshooting: Close the game app, clear cache, open the game app, and let me know if you are still experiencing loading issues?

hi in your reply concerning loading issues , the problem still exists for me, followed your instructions to the letter but as Soda finishes loading and '' new terms and conditions ' appear it freezes, have tried several times but with no joy . As a point of interest, i have Microsoft games 7-10, installed, solitaire , hearts etc. and when Microsoft sent an update then these were automatically deleted and I had to re install them , . I don't know whether this has any bearing on the refusal of soda to load but its refusing to at this time which is 13:46 g.m.t. please continue with your endeavours to rectify the problem thanks

Thanks for the up-date. I have just logged into my game and it seems to running just fine now, was there a fault with the game?
I still don't know how to clear the cache, I don't want to reset the game because being on level 3406 I have invested a lot of time (and money) so I wouldn't want to lose my boosters! Is there another way of clearing the cache on a pre-installed game on a PC using windows 10?

Hello @Doppo I’ll tag @Origins7_Dale for you. He can tell you how to clear cache on PC. He’s also a PC player so can help you. By the way, if you clear your cache, you won’t lose your boosters. Keep crushing 😊

Clearing Browser Cache on *Google Chrome is very easy to do. I only use Google Chrome, once in awhile, might use MS Edge since MS now uses Chromium on the New Edge. Funny how they came around to using what Google uses.
Anyway, here are links below, along with the *Current Version on it. Plus, a few other things. It gets redundant, because Google Chrome has it all there for you. Just need to look.
Briefly, we had download issues, due to either, Server or Bad Code. Might have been both. Happens at times, on Gaming or Updating.
